
Sizzling Plate Stir Fry

Main
- 1 Pieces Chicken Thigh SLiced. Can add more if needed
- 6 Cloves garlic
- 6 Thick Slices Ginger Can use Garlic Paste if needed
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 bowl Mixed Vegetables Carrots, Broccoli, Onion,
Sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp Salt (to taste)
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Xiao Xing WIne
- 1 tbsp Corn Starch Mixed with 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Pre-heat Wok, medium-low (you can also start heating up sizzling plate now)
- Add Vegetable Oil, Fry Garlic & Ginger till browning
- Turn Wok to medium-high, add chicken. Fry till done.
- Remove Chicken/garlic/gingerm set aside
- Add Vegetables
- Add Sesame Oil, Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Salt, Water
- Fry till half done, then return chicken/garlic/chicken to Wok
- Add Xiao Xing Wine
- Stir Fry till well done
- Add Corn starch according to amount of sauce and texture required
- Serve on hot sizzling plate (be careful)
