Pre-heat oven to 200°C
Grease your molds/ramekins/baking dishes
Keeping ingredients separate, weigh out your flour and sugar, butter and chocolate - set these aside till ready to use
Break the chocolate into their blocks, and cut the butter into chunks
Melt the chocolate and butter using a double boiler
Mix eggs and sugar, hand or electric whisk till sugars are dissolved - by hand its a couple of minutes
Once this is a pale color add your flour, and mix well.
Add the egg mix to the melted chocolate. Mix.
Pour the batter in the greased molds
Reduce oven to 180°CBake directly in the oven at 180°C for no more than 14 minutes Carefully remove from oven, and place on a serving plate - it is your choice if you want to turn out your cakes or eat them out of the bowls
