Chinese style Veggies

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches Leafy Asian greens eg: Pak Choy, Bok Choy or gai lan
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic infused oil *
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • sprinkle Fried Shallots

Notes

Bring a pot of water to the boil, add some salt.
Wash veggies in cold water
Remove pot from heat, carefully place veggies into boiling water and cover.
While veggies are blanching - Start mixing the sauce.
Mix soy sauce, garlic oil and some sesame.
After about 5min (Depending on the thickness of the veg stems, and your own crunchy preferences) Drain the veggies, then drizzle sauce over the veggies. Top with some fried shallots or freshly chopped garlic.
Serve immediately
