
Cheesy Scones
Servings: 1 muffin pan

- 500 ml Cake Flour - Sifted
- 15 ml Baking Powder - Sifted
- 125 ml Cheese grated
- 50 ml Oil Olive or vegetable
- 2 ml Salt
- 1 Egg
- 100 ml Milk
- 100 ml Warm Water
- 5 ml Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C
- Mix all ingredients together
- Grease a muffin tin ~ Spoon mixture into the tin
- Bake for 12 - 15min (if the are still very blonde, can leave in a few minutes more)
