Basic Brioche Buns

- 1 Cup Warm Water
- 7 g Dry active Yeast
- 2 Tbls Milk Warm
- 2 tsp Golden Caster Sugar* White caster works fine
- 1 Egg
- 2 cups Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbls Unsalted Butter softened
- Sesame Seeds
- 1 Egg Beaten
Notes
Oven 200°C (180°C fan forced) Brush buns with beaten egg, and sprinkle with sesame. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 min, once golden they're ready. Remove and cool.
