No hassle, easy to make buns. “Burfect” for sliders and afternoon tea

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Warm Water
  • 7 g Dry active Yeast
  • 2 Tbls Milk Warm
  • 2 tsp Golden Caster Sugar* White caster works fine
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbls Unsalted Butter softened
  • Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Egg Beaten

Notes

 
Oven 200°C (180°C fan forced)  Brush buns with beaten egg, and sprinkle with sesame. 
Bake in the oven for about 15-20 min, once golden they're ready. 
Remove and cool.
