And since trying it and making some changes, this is how we like it.
Steamed fish with a Salty Cantonese Sauce
Julienne the scallion and ginger and set aside. Give the cilantro a rough chop and set that aside as well.
Combine the soy sauce, salt, sugar and water into a small bowl and mix well. Set that aside.
Carefully lay your fish out onto a heatproof plate over water in a pan.
bring the water to boil and cover with lid - Your fish will be steamed in about 10min.
